Some of the many benefits are:
A general feeling of health and well being
Improved blood flow, giving your face that bright red, freshly smacked arse look
The chance to wear one of our fabulous N 'n' D all in one swimsuits [see our merch page for details]
Saving a few bob on the elecy - who needs the immersion on!
Nipples the size of a Terry's chocolate orange [for about 15 mins, anyway]
Everyone is by now acutely aware of the medically proven links between insignificantly small benign brain tumours, and minor road traffic accidents involving children in Liverpool in the 1970s.
Even if you happen to survive a 0.0003cm growth in your globus pallidus, you may still be unlucky enough to suffer the even more serious side affect of a perforated ear drum. [Who said that??!!]
As a proud member of the Tumour women against these side-effects group [TWATS for short] I advocate daily cold showers as a form of lifelong therapy against these debiliatating wastes of NHS time.
It's just one of the many charitable causes that I devote significant amounts of time to, but never like to mention.
"A long walk is a fine thing. Even though you may have to shit in a bush, and wipe your arse on a baby rabbit, this in no way detracts from the health benefits of a 23 mile hike" - Bill Oddie
N, and indeed D both love a long walk, and such exercise forms an integral part of our daily health plan.
We can often be seen sporting our striking range of active N 'n' D merch whilst yomping majestically through our glorious national parks.
D was so impressed with me on our last hike, that he's said that when we go on our forthcoming weekend break to London in a few weeks, he's promised to take me right up the OXO tower.
How lucky am I?? Can't wait, luvvies!
